You've just bought your beautiful orb balloon and pack of balloon tassels in order to make your tail. Once you open your pack you're read the instructions on how to make the balloon tassels but you're still at a loss as to how to actually make them.
Step by step guide to construction your balloon tassels:
Open your pack of balloon tassels
Gently comb the tassels with your fingers to split the ends so that the tassels hang as singular strands
Layout your tassels on the floor ensuring that all the tassels line up perfectly with each other
From one end, make folds roughly 1cm in height
Continue to fold until the middle of the tassels are fully rolled up
Lift up the tassels holding the folds in place
Make a loop in the balloon tassels
Use the gold tie to secure the loop in place (if needed you can staple the loop into place)
Thread the balloon tassel onto your balloon string or thread
Make and add as many tassels as you like - we recommend at least 5 tassels for the best effect
